Tuesdays, March 23 to April 20, 2021 at 7:00 PM
Join LIFE for a series of weekly information sessions and conversations to learn about our diverse residential and community services, vibrant supported independent living options, active social programs, numerous employment opportunities, and community-based day services for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.
Info session will be held on Zoom. Recorded sessions will be available to registered attendees.
We invite you to meet LIFE directors and participants. Feel free to ask any questions so we can help you assess what will work best for your family member.
For over 25 years, LIFE has supported adults with autism, learning, and intellectual disabilities in their pursuit of a meaningful, healthy, independent life with innovative, individualized programs.
Our goal is for your family member to develop competency in financial management, meal preparation, self-advocacy, transportation, and other skills necessary for being an independent adult.

Join Rachelle for a conversation about the LIFE admissions process and meet current LIFE participants. Learn more about our different communities: nearby public transportation access, job opportunities, and fun things to do.

Individual Supports

Learn about Individual Supports highly customizable program, social activities, approaches, and services tailored to suit each participant and their family. Individual Supports staff work with clients both one-to-one and in group settings to maintain a healthy lifestyle, engage in activities, and live a full and fulfilling life.

Healthy LIFEstyle

Learn about LIFE’s fitness and wellness personalized programs, community fitness events, state-of- the-art fitness facilities, and Special Olympics sport programs.

Plymouth Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Hosted by Kevin M. Harkins, Director of Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Learn about LIFE’s newest and rapidly growing supported independent living community within the beautiful, active Pinehills village and Harbor Walk at Plymouth Station.
SIL participants live on their own or with a roommate and receive between 2 to 15 hours of support a week. Each community features a common area, fitness facilities, social activities, and emergency on-call staff.

Employment Services
Hosted by the Joshua Skolnick, Director of Community Supports
Learn about employment services and CBDS, community-based day service that emphasizes paid employment as an outcome, individual supports, and Agency with Choice (AWC) services. Find out how our experienced employment team helps LIFE participants pursue the jobs that they truly want.
