We invite you to the LIFE Fall Open House to learn about our LIFE community and residential services, including employment services, social LIFE, and healthy living programs.

Join us on Cape Cod at our Mashpee community and explore our different programs, meet LIFE program directors and LIFE individuals. Whether you are exploring Turning 22 programs, residential and community programs, or employment for adults with disabilities, the LIFE Open House will help you gather the information you need to plan for the future.

  • Meet Rachelle Jonas, Director of Admissions and Director of Supported Independent Living – Mashpee, who will provide an overview of the LIFE program and our active, growing community.
  • Learn about LIFE Group Homes community living and explore Shared Living opportunities, as well as our Supported Independent Living communities.
  • Talk with LIFE’s Employment & CBDS Director to learn about personalized Supported Employment Services and Community-based Day Services (CBDS). Discover volunteer opportunities and jobs for adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, and learning disabilities.
  • Explore Individual Supports one-to-one and group services for individuals living locally with family or on their own.
  • Learn about Healthy LIFEstyles, including personalized 1:1 fitness programs, wellness initiatives, Lovin’ LIFE 5K run/walk (open to the greater community), and Special Olympics programs. (Fun fact: LIFE has the largest Special Olympics team in the state and has completed in national Special Olympics games.)

Bring your questions and family members to meet LIFE Directors and individuals as you explore which LIFE program is the best fit for your family member. Light refreshments will be served. We look forward to welcoming you.
