LIFE Coaches
LIFE staff provides support in all areas of independent living. One-to-one assistance and education are focused on basic daily living skills. This includes healthy meal planning, grocery shopping, and money management practices.
Coaching services are tailored supports to the unique needs of each individual, which may include guidance in basic hygiene, home upkeep, and cleaning. Individual guidance sessions may include opportunities for community involvement, social engagement, recreational activities, and the planning of medical appointments.

LIFE offers employment, community-based day service (CBDS), individual supports, and Agency With Choice (AWC) to support individuals in their pursuit of an independent life.
