Join us for The Karen Walk on Sunday, October 4, 2026 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM at the Cape Cod Canal in Sandwich, MA – a celebration of movement, wellness, and the power of an active life. Every step (and dollar) you raise powers The Karen Fund, fueling fitness and wellness for 280+ LIFE Participants with autism, learning, and intellectual disabilities.
Your fundraising supports:
- Special Olympics training, competition, and confidence-building through sport
- Nutrition education for healthy grocery shopping and meal prep
- Adaptive fitness like chair yoga, water aerobics, and Zumba
- Mindfulness offerings like dance therapy and drumming circles
- Equipment, facility rentals, and health memberships at every LIFE location
