For individuals requiring additional supports, LIFE offers beautifully appointed group homes in safe neighborhoods located throughout Cape Cod.
Individuals in LIFE group homes receive 24/7 staffing supports, access to the LIFE community and facilities, and a social calendar that takes advantage of all the wonderful things New England has to offer. Each home features spacious bedrooms and common areas. Nursing and clinical support are also available. The LIFE staff supports group home individuals toward greater independence in all areas of life.
Hybrid homes offer supports for those individuals needing more than what SIL provides, but less than 24/7 care. A successful hybrid candidate will have some home-alone safety skills, be able to self-medicate, participate in a day program or work, and thrive with 40 or fewer hours of support a week.
