Finding a fulfilling job is an important component of living a meaningful life. It provides a sense of purpose while building in a much-needed routine and structure. At LIFE we believe that everyone deserves the chance to answer the question, “So what do you do for a living?”

Our employment team helps residents pursue a job they truly want, in an environment they want to be in. To accomplish this, building and sustaining partnerships with local businesses is of upmost importance. The employment team is constantly working on nurturing those relationships in order to help residents find a job that is suited to their unique strengths.

Our philosophy is The Right Job, not the First Job. It is important to remember that the process takes time, however, as we want to ensure that we are setting people up for success in a job that they can maintain for a long time.
