Ian Saarmann, Director of Fitness at Living Independently Forever (LIFE) and marathon runner, said “the Lovin’ LIFE 5K is a chance for our organization to show the outside community what the LIFE community is all about. The LIFE individuals’ passion, determination, and joy are on full display as they participate in the race and cheer on those running and walking the race. The greater community’s support for LIFE’s Special Olympics programs is greatly appreciated.”
